Refund policy

1. Final Sale on Sealed Trading Card Products

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, all sealed trading card products (including booster boxes, packs, and decks) are final sale and non-returnable once an order has been fulfilled and shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened products
  • Products with broken or damaged seals
  • Market price changes
  • Claims of pull result/hit dissatisfaction

Pull rates and card contents are determined by the manufacturer and are not guaranteed.

2. Returns or Other Resolutions

A return or other resolution may be considered only if one of the following applies:

  • You received an incorrect item
  • Your order arrived damaged during transit
  • The product is defective due to a verified manufacturing issue

To be eligible for review, you must contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and provide clear photos and/or video evidence.

Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval.

3. Return Condition Requirements

If a return is approved, the item must:

  • Be sealed, unused, and in original condition
  • Have intact packaging (shrink wrap, seals, labels)
  • Show no signs of tampering, resealing, or wear

Items that are opened, partially opened, or show signs of resealing will be denied.

4. Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

We strongly recommend using tracked shipping. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

5. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 3 - 7 business days for processing

If the returned item does not meet eligibility requirements, the refund will be declined and the item returned at the customer’s expense.

Store credit is not issued unless explicitly requested and approved.

6. Singles Condition Disclaimer (If Applicable)

Condition assessments for raw singles are subjective. Minor surface marks, print lines, centering variance, or edge wear may be present unless otherwise stated.

Singles are not guaranteed to meet third-party grading standards.

Factory Packaging Variations

Sealed trading card products may exhibit minor cosmetic imperfections from the manufacturer, including slight openings near pull tabs, loose shrink wrap, or small air gaps. These are considered normal factory variances and do not qualify as damage, tampering, or grounds for return.

7. Promotional & Sale Items

Promotional, clearance, or discounted items may be final sale unless otherwise stated on the product page.

8. Pre-orders

Pre-orders are final sale once shipped.

Cancellations may only be approved if:

  • The manufacturer delays the release by more than 60 days, or
  • We are unable to fulfill the pre-order due to allocation or supply issues

If we cannot fulfill your pre-order, a full refund will be issued.

Release dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturer or distributor delays.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered”, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.

Please contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.

If a shipment is delayed or missing before delivery is confirmed, contact us and we will assist where possible.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labour disruptions, carrier service interruptions, or system outages.

11. Policy Updates

Policies are subject to change without notice.
The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to your order.
