Order Policy

1. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are considered accepted once payment is processed and the order is fulfilled. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities at our discretion.

2. Pre-orders

When placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the item(s) are not currently in stock and are expected to ship on a future date listed on the product page.

Pre-orders ship based on the advertised release date listed on each product page.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together on the pre-order item’s shipping date.
If you want items shipped separately, please place two separate orders.

Release dates are estimates and may change due to distributor or manufacturer delays.

In the event of allocation limits, short shipments, or supply issues, we reserve the right to:

  • Partially fulfill orders, or
  • Cancel and refund affected items

Payment for pre-orders is collected at the time of purchase, not at shipment.

Pre-orders (excluding Final Sale items) may be cancelled before shipment and are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

To request a cancellation, please email contact@horocards.ca with the subject line:
“CANCEL ORDER #XXXX”

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate prior to shipment.

3. Back Orders

Back orders may be available upon request.

To inquire, please email us at contact@horocards.ca with the subject line “Backorder Request” and include the product name and desired quantity.

Back orders are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

4. Order Modifications

Orders cannot be modified once placed. This includes changes to items, quantities, shipping method, or address. Address changes may be requested before shipment and are not guaranteed.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly.

6. Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final once the order have been shipped, unless otherwise stated.

Approved cancellations or returns may be subject to restocking, handling, or cancellation fees as outlined on the product page or in this policy.

Final Sale items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

7. Pricing & Listing Errors

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, typographical errors, or listing inaccuracies.

8. Fraud Prevention

Orders flagged for fraud, payment verification, or abnormal activity may be delayed or cancelled at our discretion.

9. Sealed Product Disclaimer

We do not guarantee pull rates, card condition inside sealed products, or specific card outcomes. All sealed products are sold as collectible items.

10. Product Integrity

We do not sell searched, mapped, or cherry-picked trading card products.

Sealed booster boxes and individual packs may be sold separately and may be opened from sealed cases or boxes for the purpose of selling boxes or packs. All boxes and packs are sold sealed and untampered.

All sealed trading card products are sold as received from the distributor or manufacturer. Pull rates, card contents, and outcomes are determined by the manufacturer and are not guaranteed.

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, all sealed products are final sale once the order has been fulfilled and shipped.
